School of Dental Medicine: Giving

Annual Fund And Scholarships

Annual Fund and scholarships at the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine

It is crucial that we sustain our level of excellence and maintain current programs while raising funds for a new facility. Accordingly, a portion of the gifts received over the duration of the campaign will be allocated to our ongoing work and operating expenses. One of the most important designations for the annual fund is student scholarships.

That dental education is very expensive is a well-known fact for alumni and all practitioners. With current tuition at $56,000, CWRU dental students graduate with debts averaging $230,000 putting dental school out of reach for some of the most promising students. With just $93,000 per class, per year in scholarships available we must strive to constantly increase this amount to be more competitive in attracting the best students and keeping pace with our peers.
