Distinguished Alumnus Award
Each year, the Alumni Association honors those who bring distinction to Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine by the superiority of their talents and the selflessness of their service. The Distinguished Alumnus of the Year award is the highest honor awarded by the Alumni Association. It is presented to alumni who have distinguished themselves in their personal lives and careers.
Candidates are considered using the following criteria:
- * Dedication to the School of Dental Medicine
- * Excellence in the profession of dentistry
- * Community involvement
- * Contributions to the practice and continuing study of dental medicine and the dental profession
Nomination form
Nominees are submitted by the School of Dental Medicine community to the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association. The Board selects the Distinguished Alumnus award winner, and the recipient is recognized at the Gala Awards Dinner held during Reunion Weekend.
