Partners in Progress

As Partners in Progress, our alumni and our faculty are making remarkable strides in establishing Case western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine as one of the elite dental school in the country. If you have visited us lately, you have seen what a difference our donors have made:

  • A dental simulator and multi-media laboratory that dramatically accelerates student learning. The technological innovations complement faculty instruction, allow students to work independently, and enable students to move from the classroom to the clinic with confidence.
  • A state-of-the-art admitting clinic replete with ergonomic chairs for geriatic patients, intra-oral cameras, digital x-rays, office managementsoftwear systems, and a video camera to monitor students' interactions with patients.
  • An "office" cubicle for each of the 140, third and fourth year students so they can meet privately with their patients under the supervision of preceptors, and with the help of nine patient care coordinators, the students respond to 65,000 visits annually.
We are continuing the successful Partners in Progress donor program that was instrumental in propelling our first six-year plan. You can become a part of the future of the dental school by joining Partners In Progress. Partners In Progress I commit $1,000 per year, for three years. Partners In Progress II committ $2,000 for each of the three years, and our new Partners In Progress III committ $3,000 annually for three years.
