Application Procedures
In order to be considered for the DMD/MD program you must fully complete the following steps:

1. | Take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT). |
|
2. | Complete and submit your primary application to the Case School of Medicine through the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS). |
|
3. | After AMCAS receives and verifies your completed primary application, the Case School of Medicine will e-mail you a message directing you to their Secondary Application website. |
|
a. | Indicate on the School of Medicine’s Secondary Application that you wish to apply to the DMD/MD program by checking the appropriate box.
|
|
b. | Complete and submit the Case School of Medicine Secondary Application with all of the supporting materials (Letters of Recommendation) as instructed.
|
|
c. | The application fee of $85 submitted with the secondary application to the School of Medicine satisfies all application fees for the DMD/MD program. |
|
d. | Complete the separate and specific DMD/MD application here. |
|
4. | Your application will not be considered for review until ALL application materials are completed and payment has been received. |
|
5. | Your completed applications will be reviewed by the Admissions Offices at the School of Medicine and the School of Dental Medicine. |
The initial deadline for the primary application is Thursday, November 1st, 2007.
Secondary applications to the Case School of Medicine and the School of Dental Medicine must be completed no later than Monday, December 17, 2007.
