Review Agenda
- 2-day review of all 19 board teeth.
- 1 mock board experience simulating the testing situation on the 2nd day.
- Participant must bring their own instruments, typodont, handpieces (4 hole), and supplies which they plan to use for the actual examination.
- Fee includes: 2 sets of 19 board (prepared) typodont teeth, instruction / demonstration and use of curing light, and triturator.
This course is designed to prepare the Registered Dental Hygienist or Certified Dental Assistant for the EFDA certification examination administered by the Commission on Dental Testing in Ohio. Successful completion of an approved EFDA course is a prerequisite for attendance. This course meets the requirements as remediation for auxiliaries who have not passed the certifying examination after two attempts. The course will involve both laboratory reviews and practice, preparing the participant for the clinical examination.
