Dr. Andre Mickel is Chair of the Department of Endodontics and Director of the Postgraduate Endodontic Program.He earned his D.D.S. and M.S.D. from Case Western Reserve University, as well as a G.P.R. from Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio. He is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
Dr. Anita Aminoshariae is Director of the Undergraduate Endodontic Clinic and Assistant Professor in the Department of Endodontics. She earned her D.D.S. from Case Western Reserve University and an M.S.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dr. Thomas A. Montagnese is Assistant Professor in the Department of Endodontics. He did his pre-dental studies at the University of Cincinnati and earned his D.D.S. and M.S. degrees and Certificate in Endodontics from The Ohio State University. He received training in intravenous moderate sedation from Miami Valley Hospital and holds a Permit for Intravenous Conscious Sedation from the Ohio State Dental Board. His teaching interests include intravenous moderate sedation and pain and anxiety management in geriatric, pediatric, and special needs patients. He teaches and provides moderate sedation services for graduate endodontic students. Dr. Montagnese maintains a private practice limited to endodontics in Lorain, Ohio. He is one of the few endodontists in the United States who provides intravenous moderate sedation to manage anxiety, fear, and other conditions where stress reduction and pain management is helpful.
