The Faculty Dental Practice at the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine offers quality comprehensive dental treatment encompassing preventive, restorative, periodontal, endodontic, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Members of the Faculty Practice balance patient care while remaining actively involved within the professional arena of dental medicine and discovering and teaching the methods and techniques of tomorrow.
Whatever your dental needs may be, a spectrum of dental care is available at the Faculty Practice. All new patients receive a comprehensive oral examination to detect new, existing, or potential problems. Based on the findings of this examination, the following services may be provided:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first appointment to the Faculty Practice to complete registration and a medical and dental history. If you have current/recent dental x-rays, you may wish to bring them with you. Also, take a look at our Patient Policies/Agreement.
The Faculty Practice Clinic is located on the first floor of the CWRU School of Dental Medicine, which is located on the corner of Emergency Dr. and Cornell Rd. The front entrance to the clinic is off of Emergency Drive. Parking is available on the ground floor, with the entrance off of Circle Drive. The University provides directions to campus if you're coming from a distance. Alternatively, you can enter your address to get directions from Google Maps.
The Faculty Practice is a fee-for-service dental practice with fees comparable to that found at a private practice in the greater Cleveland area. Payment for your dental treatment is expected at the time services are rendered. The Faculty Practice currently accepts cash, check, Money Order, MasterCard or Visa. Financing is also available through the Dental Fee Plan (DFP) for more extensive treatment plans. The Department Administrator and Patient Care Coordinator are able to assist you in understanding your treatment plan, estimating your insurance benefits, as well as providing information and applications for the DFP. The Faculty Practice, as a courtesy, will file a claim for you with your insurance provider.
